Anna Sussarova

She practices international arbitration, both ad hoc and institutional. 

She has extensive experience in public and private international law, business law, contract law, construction law, commercial litigation, immigration law, and economic and cyber crime. 

She also manages European investment projects, notably within the framework of the EU’s Global Gateway policy.

Anna Kolesnikova

Holder of a law degree in Russian and Belgian law;

Anna Kolesnikova is a qualified lawyer, having graduated from Kuban State UniversityUniversité d’État de Kuban) (Russia) and also obtained a Law degree with distinction fromKU Leuven (Belgium).

She practiced in the Russian Federation as an in-house legal counsel and served as Head of the Legal Department of a major private real estate company. In this role, she acquired extensive experience in handling cases before commercial courts. 

 She subsequently immigrated to Belgium, where, after completing her degree at KU Leuven, she joined the Dutch-speaking Brussels Bar, where she has been practicing as a lawyer for many years..

As a result, Anna has in-depth knowledge and experience not only in Belgian law, but also in Russian law, enabling her to manage complex international projects.​

Anna works in Russian, Dutch, and English and primarily handles cases in the following areas:

Pratique essentiellement, le Droit des assurances et de la responsabilité.

Diplômée en Droit des affaires après cinq années à l’Université de Paris-Nanterre, et en Droit des Assurances à l’Université de Toulouse Capitole 1 avec Distinction, Catherine poursuit son cursus par un Master d’équivalence à finalité économique et sociale à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

Elle a ensuite travaillé pendant 3 ans au sein de plusieurs multinationales leaders à l’international en droit des assurances et sur des dossiers internationaux. Elle a pu développer une expertise pointue dans ce domaine notamment en droit français et en droit belge.

Catherine a toujours eu la passion de défendre. Durant ses études, elle s’est engagée en tant qu’élue étudiante au sein du Conseil d’Administration de l’Université de Paris-Nanterre.

Elle s’est investie au sein de plusieurs ASBL en faveur de l’accès aux droits et à l’emploi des personnes en situation de handicap, en particulier les Sourds. Catherine a rédigé son travail de fin d’étude sur le statut des travailleurs en situation de handicap en milieu protégé en ESAT (France) et en ETA (Région Wallonne).

Catherine peut travailler en plusieurs langues : Français (langue maternelle), Anglais (Certificat du British Council), Portugais (Certificat de l’Instituto Camoes), Langue des Signes (Diplôme universitaire).

Maria Rousi

Droit pénal général

Maria Rousi est diplômée de la Faculté de Droit à finalité économique et sociale de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles. 

Elle a enrichi son parcours en travaillant comme juriste au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats généraliste en République Démocratique du Congo, une expérience qui lui a permis d’élargir sa perspective et de développer une grande adaptabilité.​

De retour en Belgique, Maria s’est inscrite au barreau francophone de Bruxelles en 2023. Après avoir exercé en droit civil, elle a choisi de se spécialiser en droit pénal général ainsi qu’en droit pénal des affaires, des domaines pour lesquels elle éprouve une forte affinité. 

Son parcours atypique lui permet d’adopter une approche globale et nuancée des dossiers qui lui sont confiés.

Les matières qu’elle traite comprennent les homicides, coups et blessures, vols et extorsions, recel, infractions en matière de stupéfiants, association de malfaiteurs, organisation criminelle et traite des êtres humains.

Maria se consacre pleinement à la défense de ses clients dans tous les aspects du droit pénal, représentant aussi bien les inculpés, les prévenus que les victimes devant les juridictions compétentes. Elle accompagne également les suspects, victimes et témoins lors des auditions Salduz, garantissant ainsi le respect de leurs droits fondamentaux.

Pratiquant quotidiennement le droit de la circulation routière, elle défend ses clients devant les Tribunaux de police, offrant une expertise pointue dans ce domaine spécifique.
