Anna Sussarova

Anna Sussarova has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2008 and is a member of the Association of Counsel Practising before the International Criminal Court (ABCPI). She graduated in law with high honours from the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), following an Erasmus programme in the United Kingdom.

Her multidisciplinary practice is dedicated to international law in all its dimensions (public international law, private international law, international criminal law, and migration). She advises and represents individuals, businesses, international organizations, States, embassies, and diplomatic missions in cases involving a cross-border or international dimension. Her work covers both legal advice and representation before national, arbitral, and supranational jurisdictions.

Anna Kolesnikova

Anna Kolesnikova is a lawyer, graduated from Kuban State University (Russian Federation) and holds a master's degree in law with honors from KU Leuven (Belgium). She has also completed additional training at Leiden University.

She initially practiced in the Russian Federation as a corporate lawyer and held the position of head of the legal department at a major private real estate company. In this capacity, she gained extensive experience in handling cases before commercial courts.

After her immigration to Belgium, and following her graduation from KU Leuven, she registered with the Dutch-speaking Bar of Brussels, where she has been practicing as a lawyer for many years. She has solid experience in international arbitration and also advocates before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Thanks to her dual legal training, Anna has an in-depth knowledge of Belgian and Russian law, which allows her to effectively and expertly handle complex international and cross-border cases.

She works in Russian, Dutch, and English and primarily handles cases in the following areas:

Maria Rousi

Maria Rousi graduated from the Faculty of Law with an economic and social focus at the Free University of Brussels. 

She enriched her background by working as a lawyer in a general practice law firm in the Democratic Republic of Congo, an experience that allowed her to broaden her perspective and develop great adaptability.​

Back in Belgium, Maria registered with the French-speaking bar of Brussels in 2023. After practicing civil law, she chose to specialize in general criminal law as well as business criminal law, areas for which she has a strong affinity. 

Her atypical background allows her to adopt a comprehensive and nuanced approach to the cases entrusted to her.

The matters she handles include homicides, assault and battery, theft and extortion, receiving stolen goods, drug offenses, criminal conspiracy, organized crime, and human trafficking.

Maria is fully dedicated to defending her clients in all aspects of criminal law, representing both the accused, the defendants, and the victims before the competent courts. She also supports suspects, victims, and witnesses during Salduz hearings, thereby ensuring the respect of their fundamental rights.

Practicing traffic law daily, she defends her clients before the police courts, offering sharp expertise in this specific area.

Bilingual in French and Greek, she is able to meet the needs of a diverse clientele.
