Labor law

Labor relations are often the site of conflict. In most cases, they are caused by disagreements between employers and employees, which can lead to unjustified sanctions or dismissals. Difficulties can also arise in reinstatement after unfair dismissal, in the recovery of wages, in compensation following a work-related accident and in many other cases.

We intervene in the following matters:

  • foreign workers (work permits, expatriate status, seconded workers)

  • cross-border workers;

  • obligations of the employer and the employee

  • specific protection measures for protected workers (young people, pregnant women, union representatives, etc.)

  • working time regulations

  • due diligence to bring the company into compliance with labor legislation (social documents, regulations)

  • controls by labor inspectorates

  • criminal liability of the employer

  • accidents at work or on the way to work

  • occupational diseases
